Elements BergHOFF Elements Carving Knife 19cm
From: £19.00
A carving knife works best when it can travel through a roast in a long, clean stroke. The Elements Carving Knife uses a narrow 19cm blade for slicing cooked meat and poultry with less drag.
The Aubergine handle adds a deep, warm accent to the otherwise clean stainless steel design.
The knife has a MoV stainless steel blade and an ABS handle.
A long, relatively narrow blade reduces drag through cooked meat, helping you make smoother slices without the broad face of a chef’s knife getting in the way.
Dishwasher use is allowed, but hand washing limits contact with other utensils and harsh detergent. Store the dry blade separately and choose wood or plastic for cutting. This is a precision kitchen tool, not a scraper or lever. Keeping the motion in line with the blade helps protect both the edge and the user.
