The detachable handle unscrews easily to allow you to move pans from hob to oven – just unscrew the handle and lift out.

Whilst BergHOFF GB Eurocast cookware can be washed in a dishwasher, we do not recommend that action. We do not recommend using the dishwasher as the chemicals are not good for the ceramic and titanium finish.
We suggest you never put any type of non-stick cookware in the dishwasher as eventually a layer of chemicals will begin to form on top of the surface and you will start to cook on those chemicals rather than on the surface of the pan that you have paid for.
Just rinse with soapy water or wipe out with a damp cloth for best cleaning results as seen in the demonstration video.
Unfortunately putting the pans in the dishwasher automatically nullifies your manufacturers warranty so please go to our product and pan care page to find out more.
Most certainly! All BergHOFF Eurocast pans are designed to work on induction hobs without any issues. This range of cookware is designed to work on any other hob too including: electric, gas, AGA, halogen and vitro ceramic as well as many, many more…
The cookware is also designed to work in the oven so why not detach the handle and double the pan’s uses!

Please note that lids are not covered under any warranty as they are made of glass. Even this toughened glass is obviously a substance that will break if it falls onto a hard tiled floor or something similar.
There are 6 sizes of Glass Saucepan Lids in this range so make sure you are ordering the right size for your BergHOFF Eurocast Professional Series cookware.
The correct way to measure for a new lid is from inside edge to inside edge at the top of the pan.

Firstly we would like to thank you for purchasing the BergHOFF Eurocast Professional Series of Cookware and we are positive you will have many years of healthy, fat-free and successful cooking from them.
If you have registered your purchase warranty and are still within 5 years of your purchase date and you meet the warranty conditions set out then contact us immediately by email: [email protected] if you are experiencing an issue. In your email, please advise us of the style of pan, its size and when & where it was purchased and we will aim to contact you within 2 working days to try and resolve the issue.
The way to measure for a new glass lid is across the diameter of the pan from inside lip to inside lip. This should give you an even number in centimetres.
All BergHOFF Eurocast Frying Pans, Grill Pans, Saucepans, Saute Pans and Stir-fry Woks have detachable handles.
Please note that the Pancake Pans will be supplied with the handle detached but once this is fixed to the pan, it is not designed to be removed quickly and easily like the products listed above.
Yes glass lids can go in the oven up to 200°C.
