If you should have a ‘change of mind’ about a recent purchase that has not yet been used and is in its original packaging, please contact us immediately by email: [email protected] to advise, and we will ask you to return it to us at your own expense, for a refund of the purchase price (we do not reimburse postage) provided the item is unused and in re-saleable condition.

If you should suspect a fault has developed with a pan, then again we would ask you to contact us immediately by email: [email protected] advising of the style and size of the pan, where and when it was purchased, and the issue you are experiencing.
