Grilled Salmon and Smoked Paprika

Ingredients

  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt

  • 1/4 teaspoon smoked Spanish paprika

  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin

  • Dash cayenne pepper

  • Freshly ground black pepper, to taste

  • 500g salmon fillet, skin on

  • Virgin olive oil

Method

  • Preheat Square Grill Pan to medium-high heat.

  • Combine ingredients into a small bowl:

    1/2 teaspoon sea salt
    1/4 teaspoon smoked Spanish paprika
    1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
    Dash cayenne pepper
    Freshly ground black pepper, to taste

  • Rub over skinless side of salmon.

  • Brush both sides of salmon with virgin olive oil.

  • Grill 5 minutes on each side, or until cooked through.

  • Serve with a green salad.
