Grilled Salmon and Smoked Paprika

Ingredients
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
1/4 teaspoon smoked Spanish paprika
1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
Dash cayenne pepper
Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
500g salmon fillet, skin on
Virgin olive oil
Method
Preheat Square Grill Pan to medium-high heat.
Combine ingredients into a small bowl:
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
1/4 teaspoon smoked Spanish paprika
1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
Dash cayenne pepper
Freshly ground black pepper, to tasteRub over skinless side of salmon.
Brush both sides of salmon with virgin olive oil.
Grill 5 minutes on each side, or until cooked through.
Serve with a green salad.
