Ham Balls with Brown Sugar Glaze

The perfect recipe for hosting guests or a delicious, high protein dinner when served with your favourite vegetables!
Ingrediants
450g fully cooked ham, cubed
450g of ground pork
235 ml of semi-skimmed milk
30 grams of crushed cornflakes
1 large egg, lightly beaten
50g of brown sugar
1 tablespoon ground mustard
1/2 teaspoon salt
For the Glaze
200g of brown sugar
60ml of vinegar
1 tablespoon ground mustard
Method
Preheat your oven to 425°. Using the BergHOFF X5 Pro Food Processor, pulse the cooked ham in batches until finely ground.
Prepare the glaze by combining the brown sugar, vinegar and mustard in a saucepan over a medium heat until all of the sugar has dissolved.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground pork, ground ham, milk, lightly beaten egg, packed brown sugar, ground mustard, crushed cornflakes and salt. Add half of your glaze mixture. Pulse again with the X5 Pro Food Processor to combine ingredients.
Shape the mixture into meatballs and place on an oven tray covered in baking paper.
Place the ham balls in the preheated oven and bake them for approximately 30-35 minutes or until they start to brown, and the meatballs are fully cooked.
Cover your cooked ham in the leftover glaze and toss until fully coated.
Serve with cocktail sticks or cook your favourite vegetables to create a well balanced meal!
