Ingredients
Egg
Mustard
Oil
Lemon Juice (Seasonsing)
Salt & Pepper (Seasonsing)
Method
- Break one egg into a bowl then add your seasoning.
Then add half a teaspoon of mustard.
Then add half a teaspoon of lemon juice.
Then add two big tablespoons of sweet chilli sauce.
Then add 200ml of oil.
Then blend to thickness.
