The Elements Bread Knife uses a 21cm serrated blade to saw through crisp crusts while reducing pressure on the softer crumb inside a loaf.

Overall dimensions are 34.8 x 3.18 x 1.9cm, with a 21cm cutting edge. The long serrated edge saws through crusts rather than forcing straight down, helping protect the softer crumb from being crushed.

The knife has a MoV stainless steel blade and an ABS handle.

The ABS handle is available in Aubergine, Khaki or Sand. The working profile is shaped around its stated kitchen task, so the best results come from matching the blade to the ingredient rather than forcing it through unsuitable material.

Protect the sharpened edge by using a forgiving board and keeping the knife out of loose drawer contact. Hand washing is recommended.
