The Aubergine Elements Edge Knife Block gives you the storage component without prescribing which knives you must buy. Wide slots let you build a collection around the cutting jobs you actually do.

Its rectangular 22.8 x 18 x 10.8cm body combines recycled polypropylene with stainless steel. The dark Aubergine finish coordinates with the matching Elements knife handles, while a non-slip base keeps the block steadier during daily use.

A dedicated block keeps sharp edges away from loose cutlery and makes each knife easier to locate. Insert blades carefully and leave enough clearance that cutting edges do not strike neighbouring knives, because repeated blade contact can reduce sharpness or cause chips.

Knives are not included with this product. The Edge block is the foundation for a custom Elements knife selection.
