Care and use

• Before first use, warm the pan over low heat, rub the non-stick surface with vegetable oil, allow it to cool and wipe away the excess oil
• Check whether the handle is hot and use a pot holder when necessary
• Do not cut food in the pan or use mixers, whisks, knives or metal utensils on the coating
• Hand wash only
• Do not use steel wool, nylon scrubbing pads, oven cleaner or abrasive, citrus-based or chlorine bleach-based detergents
