Before use

Preheat the jar with hot water for hot food or precool it with cold water for chilled food, then empty the water before filling.

Cleaning

The jar is dishwasher safe. For gentler long-term care, use warm water and a soft sponge.

Use limits

Do not use the jar in a microwave, oven or freezer, or use it to store ice. Freezing the jar or storing ice may damage the inner liner and reduce thermal efficiency.
