Cooking
- Pans can be used in the oven, but temperatures should not exceed 260°C
- Detachable handles should be removed if pan is going in the oven
- Do not use metal utensils, instead wooden or silicone tools should be used
- We recommend that you season your pan before first use
Cleaning
- Wash in a sink with hot soapy water, avoid the dishwasher
- Do not use a metal scourer to clean, a sponge should be sufficient
- For burnt or glued on food, do not scrub, just soak it!
Our warranty is valid for 5 years, and is designed for items to be used in the home only. Please ensure that you activate your warranty within two weeks of purchase.
- Defective Items – Will be repaired or replaced, a similar item will be provided if the original is unavailable.
- Not Covered by Warranty – Misuse, accidents, overheating, stains, scratches, dents, wear and tear, metal utensils, discolouration or dishwasher damage.
- Glass Lids – Glass lids are not covered by your warranty.
- Cleaning – Use only soapy water and a damp cloth, dishwasher use will void warranty.

For a few years now I have been using these pans. It was now time to get my daughter some. The pans she required were delivered quickly and in good order. Would recommend.Â

Constructive Feedback
About 3 years ago I bought 4 berghoff pans, so figured it was about time for a constructive review
- All the pans are of high construction
- I just leave the handles on as I’m not one to go from hob to oven
- I wish the handles had a hanging hole, but I drilled holes in the handles so that I could hang them
- All pans are good but I don’t really use the chinese wok as the handles get hot
