Cooking
- Clean and season your pan before use to maximise the non-stick pan’s surface.
- Do not let the flames of a gas hob extend up the sides of your cast iron pans.
- Never let the contents of your pan boil dry.
- Our cast iron cookware can be used on any hob and in the oven up to 315°C.
Cleaning
- Allow your cast iron to cool completely before cleaning.
- Avoid using bleach and cleaning products that may contain citric acid/abrasive cleaners.
- To store cast iron pans, place a dish towel or paper towel between pans when stacking to avoid scratches.
Our Cast Iron cookware comes with a lifetime warranty against defects and workmanship.
- Not Covered by Warranty – Abuse, commercial use, neglect, overheating, failure to follow care instructions, regular wear and tear, surface marks, chips and discolouration.
- Cleaning – Do not use abrasive cleaners and wash by hand.
- Replacement – Defective cookware will be replaced, or substituted if unavailable

Great Pans
These pans are light and easy to clean. I have three pans now and they are all great. Delivery is fast, and they are not expensive when compared to other heavier and unwieldy pans.
