Cooking
- Pans can be used in the oven, but temperatures should not exceed 260°C
- Detachable handles should be removed if pan is going in the oven
- Do not use metal utensils, instead wooden or silicone tools should be used
- We recommend that you season your pan before first use
Cleaning
- Wash in a sink with hot soapy water, avoid the dishwasher
- Do not use a metal scourer to clean, a sponge should be sufficient
- For burnt or glued on food, do not scrub, just soak it!
Our warranty is valid for 5 years, and is designed for items to be used in the home only. Please ensure that you activate your warranty within two weeks of purchase.
- Defective Items – Will be repaired or replaced, a similar item will be provided if the original is unavailable.
- Not Covered by Warranty – Misuse, accidents, overheating, stains, scratches, dents, wear and tear, metal utensils, discolouration or dishwasher damage.
- Glass Lids – Glass lids are not covered by your warranty.
- Cleaning – Use only soapy water and a damp cloth, dishwasher use will void warranty.

Superb Quality, Quick Delivery
I already have a saute and griddle pan so I knew the BergHOFF pans would be good quality, but I wasn’t sure about their saucepans. There was no need to worry. The quality is fantastic, they came well packaged and delivery was quick.

Great Sauce Pans
These saucepans are great. We are replacing our old berghoff pans that are 15 years old and a bit scratched now. Heres to another 15 years of good pans.

Fabulous – Highly Recommended
We bought a pan set of 5 different types of pan this week. We got a frying pan, saute pan with a lid, griddle pan and two saucepans with lids. They are amazing. Cleaning is really is easy and nothing sticks. After only 4 days, we both love them. They work really well on induction and we have taken the handle off to put them under the grill. Highly recommend.
