The Elements Chef’s Knife is the broad all-round blade in the collection. At 19.6cm, it has the length and blade height for routine chopping, slicing, dicing and mincing across a full meal-prep session.

Overall dimensions are 33.4 x 4.7 x 1.85cm, with a 19.6cm cutting edge. Its broad blade and useful length make it the general-purpose choice in the range, suitable for moving from vegetables to boneless meat and herbs without changing knives.

The knife has a MoV stainless steel blade and an ABS handle.

The ABS handle is available in Aubergine, Khaki or Sand. A balanced handle-and-blade layout is intended to keep the cutting motion predictable through ordinary kitchen prep rather than encouraging excessive pressure.

Use a wooden or plastic board, not a hard stone or glass surface. Hand washing is the recommended routine even though the knife is described as dishwasher friendly.
