Elements BergHOFF Elements Knife Block Set – 6 Piece – Aubergine

The Aubergine Elements Knife Block Set collects five complementary blade shapes into one coordinated worktop set: an 8.6cm paring knife, 11.5cm serrated utility knife, 19.6cm chef’s knife, 11.5cm Santoku and 19cm carving knife.

That combination moves from small peeling and trimming jobs through general chopping, serrated slicing and roast carving without filling the block with near-duplicate knives. ABS handles carry the Aubergine colour, while the blades are stainless steel.

Storage is handled by the rectangular Edge block, made from recycled polypropylene and stainless steel with a non-slip base. Its 22.8 x 18 x 10.8cm dimensions keep the set together on the worktop and help protect the cutting edges between uses.

The knives are dishwasher friendly, but hand washing is recommended for edge retention. Cut on wood or plastic rather than glass, stone or marble, and dry blades promptly before returning them to the block.
