The compact Aubergine Elements Santoku brings the taller Santoku blade shape into an 11.5cm format. It is aimed at controlled chopping and slicing of herbs, fruit, vegetables and other smaller ingredients.

The knife has a MoV stainless steel blade and an ABS handle.

The Aubergine handle adds a deep, warm accent to the otherwise clean stainless steel design.

The compact Santoku profile gives more blade height than a utility knife while keeping the overall knife short and easy to guide. Good control comes from letting the edge do the cutting. There is no need to twist the blade or use the tip as a general-purpose tool.

Keep the edge away from marble, glass and stone chopping surfaces. Clean with mild detergent, dry carefully and place the knife in protected storage rather than loose among cutlery.
