Cooking
- Pans can be used in the oven, but temperatures should not exceed 260°C
- Detachable handles should be removed if pan is going in the oven
- Do not use metal utensils, instead wooden or silicone tools should be used
- We recommend that you season your pan before first use
Cleaning
- Wash in a sink with hot soapy water, avoid the dishwasher
- Do not use a metal scourer to clean, a sponge should be sufficient
- For burnt or glued on food, do not scrub, just soak it!
Our warranty is valid for 5 years, and is designed for items to be used in the home only. Please ensure that you activate your warranty within two weeks of purchase.
- Defective Items – Will be repaired or replaced, a similar item will be provided if the original is unavailable.
- Not Covered by Warranty – Misuse, accidents, overheating, stains, scratches, dents, wear and tear, metal utensils, discolouration or dishwasher damage.
- Glass Lids – Glass lids are not covered by your warranty.
- Cleaning – Use only soapy water and a damp cloth, dishwasher use will void warranty.

OH MY GOODNESS!!!
I bought these pans and they have blown me away. The pans have a little bit of weight to them but they’re nothing like cast iron. There’s nothing toxic in them like teflon pans have, which was really important to my wife who said something about non stick being bad for you, but these are made from a ceramic stone, so we’re happy.
I make pancakes for the kids every Saturday and now I can make them without oil. Cooking with them is fantastic. I made porridge this morning and got stuck on a work phone call. I only remembered when I could smell burning. Breakfast was no good, but cleaning was easy. The porridge wiped out with kitchen roll and the rest washed like a dream. My wife says its the best thing I’ve bought.

Once again I am delighted with my purchase from BergHOFF. I have been collecting and using the BergHOFF range since 2017. My whole family have too and feel the same as me. They have great products and fantastic service. It makes everyday cooking and cooking for events a pleasure!

Fantastic Pans
